Terms of Service Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

1. Introduction

Welcome to Chance Finalist Winner (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your participation in our Chance Finalist Winner competition (Sweepstakes Competition). By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Competition.

2. Eligibility

• Exclusions: Employees of Chance Finalist Winner, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the administration of the Competition are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

• Entry Method: To enter, follow the instructions provided on our Competition website or as detailed in promotional materials. Entries must be received 12:00:01 AM EST on January 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on December 31, 2025.
• Limitations: Each participant may only submit a maximum of 5 entries. Beyond maximum entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection

• Notification: Finalists will be notified via email within time of selection. If a finalist does not respond within a given period, an alternate finalist may be chosen.

5. Prizes

A $500 prepaid rewards card will be given away each day through a random drawing during the promotion period.

6. Rights and License

By participating in the Competition, you grant Chance Finalist Winner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your entry and any related content for promotional and marketing purposes.

7. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior. Disqualified entries will not be considered.

8. Liability

Our Chance Finalist Winner is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or problems that may occur during the entry process or while accessing the Competition website. We are also not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Changes to the Competition

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time, including in the event of fraud, technical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Governing Law

The Competition is governed by the laws of United States of America.
